AskTarah is a trading name of AskTarah Limited, registered in England and Wales and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You can contact us at tarah@asktarah.com.

What we collect, and why

When you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, telephone number, location, the type of support you are interested in, and your message. This information is used for one purpose only — to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the support you have asked for. The lawful basis for this is legitimate interest: you have contacted us, and we are replying.

How enquiries reach us

Enquiries submitted through the website are delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which processes your message solely to pass it on to us. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to mailing lists, and we never sell or share your information with anyone else.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. The only third-party service involved in simply viewing the site is Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces: your browser requests the font files from Google, and no cookies are set in the process. Beyond that, you can browse entirely unobserved.

How long we keep information

Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry or engagement, after which it is deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement requires and as the law obliges.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To exercise any of these, simply email tarah@asktarah.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk, though we would hope to resolve any concern with you directly first.
